In un contesto in evoluzione e con Operations complesse, questo ruolo rappresenta il punto di equilibrio tra strategia HR globale ed esigenze locali. Come HRBP garantirai l'applicazione concreta delle best practice HR del Gruppo. Il tuo contributo sarà decisivo per accompagnare l'azienda nella sua evoluzione, trasformando la strategia in azioni e garantendo continuità, visione e solidità nel tempo.

Le tue responsabilità

  • Governance e Relazioni Industriali:
    gestione di relazioni sindacali e compliance, garantendo stabilità e continuità nell'intero perimetro Operations.
  • Coerenza tra Strategia Globale e Esecuzione Locale:
    "traduzione" delle HR policy internazionali in pratiche concrete, assicurando coerenza e allineamento tra Italia e Headquarters.
  • Sviluppo delle Competenze e Cultura della Crescita:
    pianificazione di
    fabbisogni, competenze e piani formativi per sostenere evoluzione, performance e crescita delle persone.
  • Presidiare i Processi e la Qualità HR:
    rigore e qualità nella gestione disciplinare, amministrativa e nell'analisi dei costi del personale.
  • Consulenza alle Funzioni Aziendali: s
    upporto a Manager e funzioni interne con un contributo consulenziale competente e puntuale.

DEVUP SEARCH

  • Esperienza solida (5–7 anni)
    in ruoli HRBP Senior HR Specialist in gruppi internazionali.
  • Competenza nelle Relazioni Sindacali
    , con negoziazioni gestite in autonomia.
  • Conoscenza approfondita di
    Diritto del Lavoro
    e contrattualistica.
  • Padronanza dell'inglese parlato.
  • Approccio consulenziale, capacità analitica, leadership relazionale.
  • Abitudine a muoversi in contesti strutturati e matriciali.
