Field Service Engineer Trasfertista
Responsabilità principali:
- Installazione, avviamento e collaudo di macchine e linee complete per packing & converting.
- Diagnosi, manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria sugli impianti.
- Analisi e risoluzione delle problematiche tecniche (meccaniche, elettriche e/o software).
- Formazione tecnica al personale del cliente sull'utilizzo e la manutenzione delle macchine.
- Redazione di report di intervento e interfaccia con il reparto Service interno.
- Supporto tecnico remoto quando necessario.
- Contributo al miglioramento continuo dei prodotti attraverso feedback tecnici al dipartimento R&D.
- Eventuale supporto tecnico post-vendita, con attività di troubleshooting e ottimizzazione delle soluzioni installate.
Requisiti:
- Diploma tecnico (meccanico, meccatronico, elettrico) o laurea in Ingegneria.
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Field Service / Tecnico trasfertista, preferibilmente nel settore macchine automatiche.
- Competenze in ambito meccanico ed elettromeccanico; gradite basi di automazione.
- Capacità di lettura di schemi meccanici ed elettrici.
- Disponibilità a trasferte frequenti in Italia e all'estero (120 giorni sull'anno)
- Conoscenza dell'inglese a livello minimo B1.
Offerta:
- Contratto a tempo indeterminato
- Retribuzione annua di circa 55.000€, commisurata all'esperienza
