Field Service Engineer Trasfertista

Responsabilità principali:

  • Installazione, avviamento e collaudo di macchine e linee complete per packing & converting.
  • Diagnosi, manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria sugli impianti.
  • Analisi e risoluzione delle problematiche tecniche (meccaniche, elettriche e/o software).
  • Formazione tecnica al personale del cliente sull'utilizzo e la manutenzione delle macchine.
  • Redazione di report di intervento e interfaccia con il reparto Service interno.
  • Supporto tecnico remoto quando necessario.
  • Contributo al miglioramento continuo dei prodotti attraverso feedback tecnici al dipartimento R&D.
  • Eventuale supporto tecnico post-vendita, con attività di troubleshooting e ottimizzazione delle soluzioni installate.

Requisiti:

  • Diploma tecnico (meccanico, meccatronico, elettrico) o laurea in Ingegneria.
  • Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Field Service / Tecnico trasfertista, preferibilmente nel settore macchine automatiche.
  • Competenze in ambito meccanico ed elettromeccanico; gradite basi di automazione.
  • Capacità di lettura di schemi meccanici ed elettrici.
  • Disponibilità a trasferte frequenti in Italia e all'estero (120 giorni sull'anno)
  • Conoscenza dell'inglese a livello minimo B1.

Offerta:

  • Contratto a tempo indeterminato
  • Retribuzione annua di circa 55.000€, commisurata all'esperienza
