Cervo Hotel, Costa Smeralda Resort, is the heart and soul of Costa Smeralda's village, Porto Cervo.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and ask how many people are in their party. Lead them to a clean, available table, pulling out chairs and placing the current menu in front of each guest. Guide them through the dining rooms and offer any assistance they might need. Handle reservations in coordination with the Restaurant Reservation Team.

Rearrange tables, chairs, and settings to accommodate groups with special needs. Keep an eye on the dining rooms to check for seating availability, service quality, safety, and the overall well-being of guests.

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to reach common goals.

Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Preferred qualifications

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: previous experience in the same role or as waiter will be considered a plus

Languages: fluent Italian and English

This is a full time, seasonal position based in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, Italy.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato

Durata contratto: 4 mesi

Retribuzione: €1.650,00 - €1.870,00 al mese
