Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a
Freelance Graphic Designer
who can transform concepts and strategies into
coherent, innovative, and impactful visuals
. The ideal candidate has a
hands-on approach
, a strong
aesthetic sense
, and excellent
technical skills
, ready to work on
diverse projects
, from luxury brands to
digital and social-first campaigns
.

What You'll Do

  • Create
    visual concepts and designs
    for digital campaigns, social media, websites, landing pages, and printed materials.
  • Produce
    social media assets
    : posts, carousels, stories, animations, and reusable templates.
  • Collaborate with
    creative, strategy, and account teams
    to develop visual solutions consistent with the brand and client communication.
  • Apply
    brand identity guidelines
    , ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Contribute to the
    ideation of digital and creative campaigns
    , proposing innovative and original visuals.
  • Support the production of
    basic motion graphics and animations
    when required.
  • Organize and manage
    digital files and resources
    for an efficient workflow.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum
    3-5 years of experience
    as a Graphic Designer, preferably in
    creative or digital agencies
    .
  • Strong proficiency in
    Figma and Sketch
    for designing interfaces or wireframes.
  • Excellent command of
    Adobe Creative Suite
    (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Experience in
    Motion Graphics
    and animation (Adoble After Effects, Premiere and animation).
  • Experience in
    3D Motion workflows and rendering
    .
  • Knowledge of
    digital design principles
    , typography, color, and layout.
  • Experience in creating
    content for social media
    .
  • Ability to work
    independently and collaboratively
    , meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented
    , with strong
    problem-solving skills
    .
  • Good command of
    Italian and English
    .
  • Availability to work with
    freelance contract / VAT number
    or full-time.
