We are recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator position to join the team at Castiglion del Bosco, A Rosewod Hotel. As Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving the success of our Sales & marketing initiatives, aligned with our strategy to deliver revenue targets and enhance brand image.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Support the Sales team with day-to-day commercial activities.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns (online and offline) in collaboration with the Marketing team (supporting with copywriting, writing newsletters etc.).
- Prepare sales presentations, reports, market analyses, and promotional materials.
- Manage and update CRM systems, customer databases, and sales pipelines.
- Monitor sales and marketing KPIs, analyzing results and trends.
- Assist in organizing famtrips, photoshootings, sales and marketing events and promotional initiatives, also taking part to some.
- Conduct site inspections and press trips.
- Manage all the Admin related tasks of Sales & Marketing (PO, control of the Checknook, Authorizations to Travel, Site Calendars, PED).
- Ensure effective communication between Sales, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders
- Support the preparation of commercial offers and pricing activities.
- Liaise with external suppliers and partners (agencies, vendors, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, with at least 1 years in similar position.
- Strong written and spoken Italian and English.
- High level of attention to detail and refined manners with exceptional communication skills.
