In Italia, il nostro team opera da Milano assistendo sia i trasferimenti in entrata verso l'Italia che quelli in uscita verso l'estero.

Il Ruolo

Cerchiamo un Consulente Relocation per il nostro ufficio di Milano per gestire tutti gli aspetti dei trasferimenti internazionali per i nostri clienti corporate.

Responsabilità Principali

Coordinare servizi di relocation e immigrazione per clienti aziendali, sia in entrata in Italia che in uscita dall'Italia

Essere il punto di riferimento principale per i dipendenti in trasferimento durante l'intero ciclo di relocation

Gestire la ricerca abitativa e coordinare negoziazione contratti, risoluzione problematiche e procedure di check-out

Coordinare la ricerca scolastica per le famiglie dei clienti, incluse scuole internazionali e locali

Organizzare servizi di ambientamento: apertura conti bancari, attivazione utenze, servizi di telecomunicazione, conversione patente e procedure amministrative

Condurre briefing pre-assegnazione e revisione policy con i dipendenti in trasferimento

Fungere da Client Manager per gli account assegnati, mantenendo le relazioni e garantendo la soddisfazione del cliente

Coordinare fornitori interni ed esterni inclusi provider di servizi di destinazione, consulenti immigrazione e aziende di trasloco

Negoziare tariffe con consulenti esterni e mantenere condizioni favorevoli nel rispetto del budget

Monitorare la qualità dei servizi erogati e implementare miglioramenti

Mantenere registrazioni accurate nei sistemi interni

Collaborare con l'ufficio amministrativo per la fatturazione accurata

Gestire il controllo costi e i report sui margini

Preparare report settimanali sulle assegnazioni in corso

Segnalare problematiche di servizio al Responsabile di Dipartimento

Raccomandare miglioramenti di processo

Partecipare a formazione e sviluppo professionale

Requisiti Essenziali

Inglese fluente e italiano madrelingua richiesti

Sensibilità interculturale ed esperienza in ambienti internazionali

Ottime capacità organizzative con abilità di gestire più incarichi contemporaneamente

Attenzione al dettaglio e precisione

Capacità di problem-solving e autonomia

Capacità di rispettare le scadenze e lavorare sotto pressione

Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale

Approccio professionale e orientato al cliente

Capacità di collaborazione in team

Competenza in Microsoft Office

Esperienza in relocation o mobilità globale preferibile

Conoscenza delle procedure di immigrazione costituisce un plus

Dettagli Contrattuali

Tipo di contratto: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Retribuzione: euro lordi annui

Benefit: Buoni pasto

Modalità di lavoro: si richiede lavoro in presenza in ufficio minimo 3 giorni a settimana
