Dawaam is recruiting Service Officers (SO) on behalf of a Libyan company managing visa processing operations for an EU Embassy.

The Service Officer will be responsible for receiving applicants, entering their information into the VFS system (training provided), and ensuring all applications are processed with accuracy, professionalism, and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register and process visa applications accurately using the VFS platform.
  • Welcome and guide applicants throughout the submission process.
  • Verify application documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Operate computers, printers, scanners, and biometric systems.
  • Maintain organized and confidential records (digital and physical).
  • Provide clear, polite, and professional client service.
  • Support daily reporting and coordination with embassy staff.
  • Ensure full compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT/Computer Science (or related field), Age must be over 25 years old.
  • Gender: Male (due to operational requirements).
  • Languages: Arabic and English required; French, Spanish, or Slovak are advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy; proficient with printers, scanners, and digital systems.
  • Personal Attributes: Reliable, disciplined, accurate, and customer-focused with a service-oriented approach.
