We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented resource to join our growing team and support our production and supply chain operations. This internship is a great opportunity for Engineering students or recent graduate who wants to gain hands-on experience in the planning and execution of operational activities in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.

You will work closely with production, R&D and procurement teams to support the development and optimization of planning tools, processes and workflows related to procurement and manufacturing of advanced metamaterials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support procurement, production planning and suppy chain operations

  • Improve supply chain workflows and inventory management

  • Support quality control of manufacturing and products

  • Contribute to the standardization and documentation of operational procedures

  • Analyze data and propose solutions to improve production and purchase efficiency and reduce lead times

  • Participate in internal meetings and provide support on cross-functional projects related to operations

Qualifications:

  1. Engineering or Business related Degree is strongly reccomended

  2. Strong analytical mindset and interest in operations, planning and production processes

  3. Familiarity with Excel

  4. Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

  5. Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)

  6. Prior experience (e.g., thesis project, internship, university lab) in production/operations is a plus, but not required

  7. Driver licence is strongly reccomended
