CyclingHero is a boutique cycling travel company that curates unforgettable bike tours across Northern Italy's iconic landscapes — from epic alpine climbs in the Dolomites to rolling hillsides of Veneto and lakeside routes around Garda. Our belief? The road shapes your story — and every cyclist deserves an adventure that's as personal as it is legendary.

Who we're looking for?
Are you a keen cyclist or love all things cycling? Like to create fun and engaging online content? We're looking for someone creative, curious, and a little obsessed with cycling culture to help us amplify our voice across social platforms and tell the stories that make riders dream, plan, and pedal further.

Tasks
  • Help define and execute a content strategy that captures the spirit of CyclingHero's tours — routes, riders, landscapes, and local culture
  • Create and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging social channels with a story-first approach
  • Write and repurpose blog posts, newsletters, reels, and carousel posts that make people feel the ride — not just see it
  • Develop visuals and short videos showcasing tours, places, and experiences across the destinations visited by our guests
  • Support community engagement and dialogue with riders, followers, and partners globally
  • Monitor performance metrics and contribute ideas to evolve CyclingHero's brand voice
  • Work with the core team on campaigns tied to tour launches, events, seasonal content, and partner activations
  • Hand-ons support during our events and trips, while creating content
Requirements
  • Studying in marketing, communication, digital media, tourism, or a related field
  • Passionate about cycling — whether you ride for training, adventure, gravel, or culture
  • You get why storytelling matters — and can write with personality and clarity
  • You're comfortable with social media publishing tools and have a basic understanding of analytics
  • Fluent in English; other languages (Italian, French, Spanish) are a bonus
  • Hold a valid drivers license
  • You bring new ideas and energy to the table and aren't afraid to experiment
