Overview of THRIOM

THRIOM is a contemporary wellness house in Milan offering flow classes, reformer pilates, functional personal training, and advanced recovery therapies. We provide a refined and community-driven environment designed to inspire strength, balance, transformation, and connection.

Role Overview

The Client Experience Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a seamless and professional experience for every guest. The role combines hospitality, operational support, CRM management, and community engagement to uphold THRIOM's premium service standards.

Key Responsibilities


• Welcome guests and manage check-ins, studio tours, and class preparation.


• Maintain a calm, orderly, and aesthetically aligned environment.


• Manage client profiles, memberships, and bookings in the CRM system.


• Track engagement and support client retention initiatives.


• Provide information on services, memberships, and packages.


• Support sales objectives and assist with community events.


• Coordinate with instructors and management to ensure smooth daily operations.


• Oversee studio presentation, inventory, and administrative tasks.


• Facilitate communication between clients, instructors, and leadership.

Requirements


• Fluent in Italian and English.


• Background in hospitality, wellness, or retail preferred.


• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.


• Professional and client-focused attitude.


• Comfortable with CRM and scheduling tools.


• Genuine interest in wellness and community.


• Willingness to wear THRIOM-branded uniform during all working hours.
