What you'll be doing

As a Senior Product Designer reporting directly to our Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will operate in a unique, high-impact role that sits outside of our standard product pods. You are a strategic partner tasked with tackling our most complex, cross-functional, and future-facing challenges. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Feature Design - Lead the end-to-end design of new features and products, from discovery to delivery.

• Design System - Help grow and improve our design system to impact scalability and product-wide consistency.

• Ownership - Drive the design lifecycle for key product areas with autonomy.

• Strategic Impact - Act as a strategic partner, using design to influence product direction and business goals.

• Influence&Mentorship - While not a people manager, you will be a mentor for the entire design team.

• Elevating the quality bar - Act as a champion for design excellence. You will partner with our designers to drive strategic improvements, while also leading the exploration and adoption of new tools and processes, including AI, to increase our design quality and operational efficiency.

• Data-Driven Design - Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure design impact and inform product strategy.

• Accessibility & Inclusion - Stand up for accessibility and inclusivity, accounting for users with visual and motor impairments.

Who we're looking for

We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in Does this sound like you?

• Senior Level Experience - 7+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that clearly shows your leadership in shipping complex, large scale products and navigating systemic challenges.

• UX Expertise - Deep expertise in UX principles and a proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems.

• Tools Mastery - Expert-level proficiency in Figma and other modern design and research tools.

• Communication - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence senior stakeholders.

• Mentorship - Proven experience mentoring designers and contributing to a positive team culture.

• Business Acumen - Strong business acumen and the ability to connect design decisions to business KPIs.

• Autonomy - Pro-active and autonomous, takes initiative, and has skills in managing stakeholder relationships.

• Bilingual proficiency - Professional proficiency in both Italian and English.
