People Experience Learning & Development HR

Ambassador del Brand, La risorsa riportando all'AD, collaborerà con un team di colleghi HR, Marketing e di Operation, contribuendo attivamente alle strategie ed azioni di People Experience per raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali facilitando il cambiamento e il miglioramento continuo.

Sarà guida e supporto ai Manager di sede e agli Store Manager nella gestione del personale, al fine di migliorare il coinvolgimento, la crescita e la value proposition di Customer Centricity e Customer Experience nel rispetto dell'efficienza organizzativa e best practice.

Responsabilità e Attività del ruolo
:

  • Identifica e supporta l'implementazione di strategie di Ricerca e Selezione, on boarding, sviluppo e formazione specifiche per ogni ruolo aziendale.
  • Utilizza tutte le leve HR al fine di migliorare e valorizzare la Customer Experience e la Retention dei talenti.
  • Supporta gli Area Manager e i Direttori dei Ristoranti nell'implementare strategie e attività per rendere i punti vendita sempre più customer oriented e allineati alla vision aziendale.
  • Monitora il "clima" all'interno della rete andando in presenza sul field nazionale per ascoltare e confrontarsi con i Direttori e i team, con obiettivi di engagement e retention.
  • Attenziona i flussi di comunicazione tra la Sede e i Punti Ristoro.
  • Agisce come agente di cambiamento affichè l'azienda e i collaboratori possano migliorare in azioni e comportamenti sempre più customer esperience/servizio al cliente.
  • In sinergia con i Manager e la direzione aziendale, definisce i budget e valorizza i costi del personale in ottica di efficienza, continuità e professionalità.
  • Riconosce e condivide i valori del brand, fungendo da Ambassador, e crede nel lavoro di squadra, celebrando i risultati raggiunti come frutto di una crescita condivisa.

Requisiti richiesti
:

  • Laurea e/o master in ambito HR Laurea in Psicologia, Economia, Giurisprudenza o affini. Gradito Master in ambito HR
  • 5 anni +, in ruoli HR di Sviluppo e Marketing Customer Experience rivolto al personale di rete in relazione con il cliente B2C.
  • Provenienza da: retail, lusso, ristorazione, hotellerie, hospitality, GDO,
  • Esperienza maturata in un contesto "marketing oriented" declinato in attività HR di recruiting, training, sviluppo, analisi di clima, employer branding, engagement & retention, ambassador della value proposition aziendale
  • Sensibilità per un contesto fortemente orientato al cliente dove riconoscimento nel brand, empatia, flessibilità e professionalità, fanno la differenza.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
