La risorsa sarà inserita nel team infrastrutturale IT con il compito di gestire, amministrare e manutenere sistemi operativi Enterprise su piattaforme IBM Power Systems, ambienti Unix/Linux/Windows, infrastrutture SAN/Storage e sistemi di Backup; sarà, inoltre, responsabile della continuità e performance dei sistemi, partecipando anche a progetti di migrazione, consolidamento o upgrade infrastrutturale.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
- Amministrazione di ambienti IBM Power Systems (pSeries) e sistemi operativi AIX 6.x / 7.x Gestione di LPAR, VIO Server, NIM Server, logiche di virtual I/O, NPIV, SEA, HMC;
- Pianificazione e installazione di fixpack, TL/SP, aggiornamenti firmware e microcode;
- Configurazione e gestione di cluster AIX (PowerHA) e ambienti ad alta disponibilità;
- Gestione di sistemi IBMi, Linux (Red Hat, SUSE) e Windows Server;
- Amministrazione di infrastrutture VMware ESXi / vCenter Gestione e monitoraggio di SAN su switch Brocade (DCX, F48, B40, r06);
- Amministrazione di sistemi Storage IBM (DS8000, Flashsystem SVC, XIV), EMC (VNX, Unity, VMAX), Netapp Troubleshooting avanzato e supporto di secondo/terzo livello su infrastrutture System/Storage;
- Monitoraggio proattivo, capacity planning e ottimizzazione performance;
- Produzione di documentazione tecnica e procedure operative (SOP).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ambito System e Storage Administration su infrastrutture Enterprise;
- Ottima conoscenza di IBM Power Systems, AIX, PowerHA, VIO/NIM Server;
- Esperienza nella gestione di ambienti SAN, Storage e Backup Enterprise;
- Buona conoscenza dei sistemi Linux (RHEL/SUSE) e Windows Server;
- Esperienza in virtualizzazione VMware;
- Conoscenza di cluster ad alta affidabilità (PowerHA, Veritas Cluster, ServiceGuard, Solaris Cluster);
- Capacità di scripting e automazione (Shell/Bash/Korn);
- Nozioni di rete SAN (zoning, multipath, FC) e protocolli iSCSI/FCoE.
E' richiesta, inoltre, una buona padronanza della lingua inglese a livello tecnico (B1-B2).

- Attitudine al problem solving e all'analisi sistemistica;
- Autonomia operativa e responsabilità tecnica sui sistemi affidati;
- Precisione nella gestione del change e nella documentazione;
- Collaborazione con team di delivery e progetti infrastrutturali.

Sede di lavoro: area Milano/Lombardia – con possibilità di attività presso clienti Enterprise o in modalità ibrida.
