Global Marketing & Pricing
Division.
Mission
As a Global Marketing Coordinator you will play a vital role in supporting strategic marketing initiatives by assisting in comprehensive market research, customer behavior analysis, and dynamic email marketing activities. Collaborating closely with Business Units and the Global Strategy & Innovation team, you will help gather and interpret relevant data, monitor evolving industry trends, and contribute to the effective communication of marketing insights across the organization
Key Accountabilities
Market Analysis and Trend Monitoring
You will assist in collecting and organizing essential data on global markets, customer segments, and industry movements. This includes conducting basic competitive research and tracking customer behavior patterns to inform strategic decision-making. You'll also play a part in synthesizing industry news and trends for wider dissemination through various internal communication channels such as newsletters and intranet updates.
Order Intake Tracking and Customer Segmentation
Your responsibilities will involve monitoring sales data accuracy and maintaining detailed customer databases. Supporting segmentation efforts, you will help categorize customers by relevant criteria such as industry sectors and company size, facilitating targeted marketing strategies. Additionally, compiling periodic reports on sales trends and customer insights will be a key aspect of your role.
Customer Satisfaction and Feedback Management
You will support the distribution and collection of customer satisfaction surveys for both internal stakeholders and external clients. Analyzing this feedback, you will assist in summarizing data points and preparing presentations to guide continuous improvement efforts across teams and service offerings.
Direct Marketing Campaign Coordination
In partnership with marketing leads, you will coordinate mass mailing campaigns, ensure timely execution, and assist with tracking campaign performance metrics. Summarizing campaign outcomes and preparing concise reports will help optimize future marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
You will engage proactively with diverse teams including marketing, sales, and business development to provide foundational support for various marketing activities. Your collaborative approach will enhance alignment across departments, fostering a cohesive and efficient marketing environment.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Finance Management
Master's Degree in Economics or Marketing
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, market research, or data analysis (internships or academic projects are a plus)
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, market research methodologies, and data analysis techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with marketing tools (e.g., CRM software, email marketing platforms) is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
