Role:

  • First point of contact for clients for basic queries and support.
  • Assisting in gathering information for new integrations.
  • Assisting the Project Manager with client coordination.

Requirements/ skills:

  • 1- 2 years of experience in Fintech or customer support.
  • International banking or Customer Support (added advantage).
  • An inquiring mind and methodical approach with high attention to detail.
  • Strong writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to multi-task priorities, manage deadlines and pick up new ideas and concepts quickly.
  • Prepare and maintain system documentations and project trackers.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide effective, creative solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and the ability to support during issue analysis.
  • Ability to read API request/response logs and coordinate to troubleshoot issues.

Good to have:

  • Understanding of the financial services industry and the regulatory environment.

Candidates possessing the above requirements along with additional skills can be considered for a Project Manager role with higher Perks.
