This will make you grow:

  • Define dimensional requirements and tolerances for aircraft components and assemblies
  • Develop and maintain GD\&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) strategies in compliance with international standards.
  • Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and risk assessment for critical interfaces using advanced tools.
  • Support design teams in achieving dimensional targets during concept and development phases.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure feasibility and compliance during production.
  • Analyze measurement data and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a technical reference for dimensional management methodologies and tools.

And this is how you'll take us forward:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of experience in dimensional management or related fields within aerospace or automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GD\&T standards
  • Proficiency in CAD systems (CATIA, NX) and tolerance analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of 3DCS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with measurement technologies and metrology processes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English
