Hello and nice to meet you. My name is Juan Cruz Carosi & I'm the founder of
Ultimate FantaVerse, a start-up which main goal will be to create
a next-gen web3 fantasy football platform universe with:

• NFT-style digital player cards
  with season-based scarcity;
• live stats
  from professional leagues;
• video game–style competitions
  (PvP, PvE, thresholds, leagues, etc.);
• an
  many more features which are locked up by NDA documentation.

Right now I'm the
solo founder of this
pre-seed stage start-up which has its MVP & DEMO version in development, company setup in Italy date planned, and fundraising research in progress.

This is the reason why I'm looking for 1 or more
co-founders
who can help me in one of this core areas:

Area 1 – Product & Game / UX Design

You could be a fit if you love:

• Translating the fantasy football vision into
  clear game loops
  and features;
• Working on the
  product roadmap
  (MVP, alpha, beta, v1);
• Working on
  onboarding, demo mode, user flows and retention;
• Coordinating with design/dev to make sure
  what we build is fun and usable.

Backgrounds that could fit: product manager, game designer, product owner, UX/product generalist.

Area 2 – Fundraising, Investor Relations & Strategic Partnerships

You could be a fit if you love:

• Building and managing an
  investor pipeline
  (angel investors, syndicates, funds, investment clubs, accelerators);
• Reaching out to
  individual investors and investment associations
  (especially in sport, gaming, Web3, tech);
• Working with me on
  pitch decks, metrics, storytelling and investor updates;
• Organizing
  intro calls, demos and follow-ups
  with potential investors;
• Growing a network of
  strategic partners
  : brands, clubs, agencies, media, Web3 projects, etc.

Big plus if you:

• Already have
  existing contacts
  in the investor ecosystem (angels, VC, club deals, sport/gaming/Web3 investors);
• Have previous experience with
  fundraising, M&A, corporate development or investment banking / VC / PE.

Area 3 – Tech / Engineering (Full-Stack or Front+Back)

You could be a fit if you love:

• Owning the
  technical architecture
  of the MVP and early product;
• Working with
  modern web stack
  (e.g. React/Next, Node/TypeScript, Postgres/Supabase, Web3 integrations later);
• Implementing
  core features
  : auth, onboarding, card gallery, auctions, competitions, club economy;
• Working closely with product to iterate quickly based on user feedback.

Backgrounds that fit: full-stack engineer, strong front-end with enough backend, or tech lead.

How you can join as co-founder

The position will be mainly equity based at least for the following months but there will not be a
fixed equity number
. This means 2 people could be chosen for the co-founder position and receive a different amount of equity based on the
what they bring in
: capital, time, and responsibilities.

I'm open to
three entry paths
:

1 Capital + operative co-founder role:

• You invest money into the project;
• You take an active co-founder role (one of the areas above);

Equity based on the size of the investment + your role.

2 Capital + part-time co-founder role (with a full-time view for the future):

• You invest money into the project;
• You contribute
  consistent free time
  each week;

Equity based on
size of the investment +
your operational contribution.

3 High time commitment for equity (no initial capital required):

• You don't invest money, but you invest
  serious time and execution;
• You become a strong pillar of a core area (Product, Fundraising or Tech);

Equity based on your contribution, responsibilities and results

Who you are

• Deep passion for
  football
  and ideally
  fantasy football / gaming;
• Comfortable with
  early-stage chaos
  : building from almost zero, iterating fast;
• You want to
  own with me;
• Ideally some experience with
  startups, digital products, gaming or sport-tech
