For the Business Unit Mobility we are looking for an:
EXPORT SALES AREA MANAGER
The person will manage the following activities:
Commercial and Business Development:
-Manage and increase turnover and profitability in the Area of responsability
-Define, implement, and monitor sales plans and commercial actions in line with company strategy and budget objectives
-Identify new business opportunities,
-Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and ensure follow-up to convert opportunities into sales
-Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with distributors, retailers.
Sales Performance and Forecasting:
-Prepare the annual Customer sales budget according Country Budget and ensure achievement of revenue and margin objectives
-Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions where required with the authorization of the Sales Manager
-Review and update sales forecasts
-Use the CRM system to record and monitor customer opportunities, project pipelines, new prospects
-Analyze customer profitability, product mix, and commercial margins, identifying improvement areas to optimize business results at Customer and Country level
-Evaluate and adjust commercial offers to maximize company profitability, while maintaining competitiveness and market share
-Provide accurate and timely sales reports, market insights, and competitor intelligence to management.
Customer and Market Management:
-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, retailers
-Conduct visits with customers to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities to increase sell-out performance
-Collaborate daily with Customer Service, Credit Control, and Supply Chain, Quality departments to manage order flow, resolve backorder situations, monitor credit status and payment conditions, and ensure the highest possible service level to customers
-Monitor and benchmark competitor products, pricing, and commercial approaches, providing analysis and recommendations to Pricing Team to improve competitiveness and to launch promotions
-Actively identify and analyze market needs, emerging trends, and customer expectations
-Gather and share market feedback with Sales Manager to drive corrective actions, enhance customer experience, and support sustainable business growth
-Act as the operational interface and problem solver between the customer and internal departments to guarantee commercial continuity and customer satisfaction.
Sales Force and Product Training:
-Lead sales meetings, providing performance feedback and sharing best practices to strengthen commercial alignment across countries.
-Support product launches, fairs, and customer events or commercial initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
-Provide periodic performance and activity reports.
Requirements of the position:
-Bachelor's degree in Economics/Engineering or related fields; Master's degree is considered a a plus
-Excellent knowledge of Russian, Italian and English (mandatory)
-knowledge of Excel
-Knowledge of analytical tools (preferred)
-Understanding of the automotive aftermarket business
-Experience with CRM systems
-Demonstrated success in achieving sales growth and managing multi-country areas
-3-5 years of experience in sales or business development within the automotive aftermarket (spare parts, or related).

-High autonomy, integrity, and accountability
-Good communication and presentation skills
-Availability to travel (at least 30% of the time).
