Key Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring internal compliance across Business Units, ensuring adherence to policy thresholds, quotations, contracts mapping, and standardized documentation processes.
Perform data entry and validation of legal entity master data, ensuring consistency across systems and platforms.
Support in the economic evaluations of store performance
Support the preparation of Group-level reports, including contribution to strategic ESG frameworks.
Contribute to the mapping and digitalization of bank guarantees and security deposits, supporting Treasury in executing the replacement roadmap with digital instruments.
Requirements
Ongoing economic and legal studies, Business Administration, or related fields
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with cross-functional stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
