Job Description
TJX ) è il principale off-price retailer al mondo di abbigliamento e articoli per la casa con più di 5.000 negozi in 9 paesi e oltre dipendenti. In Italia, TJX non possiede negozi, ma è presente un Global Buying Office con oltre 150 dipendenti distribuiti in 4 uffici diversi (2 a Firenze e 2 a Milano).

Comprensione delle attività del reparto Office Management:
Acquisirà una solida conoscenza delle operazioni di un reparto Office Management all'interno di una multinazionale, con l'opportunità di approfondire i processi utilizzati. L'obiettivo sarà comprendere come il reparto supporta le necessità quotidiane dell'azienda, tra cui la gestione del campionario, la manutenzione degli uffici, gli approvvigionamenti, la gestione del parco auto e il front desk.

Supporto operativo:
Collaborerà con il team Office Management nella pianificazione dei rifornimenti di beni, monitorando inventari e consegne degli ordini. Collaborerà con i team dei reparti buying nella gestione del campionario.

Gestione delle attività operative:
Supporterà attività come la prenotazione e preparazione delle auto aziendali e delle sale riunioni, l'inserimento delle spedizioni, e svolgerà mansioni al front desk.

Gestione del campionario:
Supporterà attività di movimentazione e smistamento del campionario nei rispettivi reparti e si occuperà della gestione e del monitoraggio delle spedizioni dei campioni. Supporterà i team per la verifica e preparazione della documentazione da allegare alle spedizioni (DDT/PI) o per lo sdoganamento dei pacchi. Si coordinerà con i diversi reparti per la verifica delle fatture/note di credito/variazioni relative alle spedizioni.

Partecipazione a trasferte:
Potrà essere coinvolto in brevi trasferte presso altre sedi aziendali.

Avrà l'opportunità di ottenere una panoramica dei diversi ruoli e reparti aziendali, comprendendo come l'Office Management si integra e collabora con le altre funzioni aziendali.
