Per un'azienda facente parte del gruppo siamo alla ricerca di un/a Legal Specialist con prospettiva di inserimento. Lo svolgimento dell'attività sarà presso la sede negli uffici centrali di Firenze e supporterà il responsabile di funzione.

Il Ruolo di Legal Specialist

La figura ricercata supporterà il Responsabile dell'Ufficio Legale di Gruppo nelle seguenti attività:

Attività specifiche in ambito di diritto amministrativo, con particolare riferimento a:

Analisi e gestione di pratiche autorizzative e amministrative (SCIA, licenze, permessi, autorizzazioni varie);

Supporto agli adempimenti normativi connessi all'avvio e gestione delle attività aziendali;

Relazioni con enti e autorità pubbliche competenti.

Assistenza e supporto legale a tutte le aree dell'azienda e delle società del Gruppo, con emissione di pareri a carattere legale.

Redazione di atti giuridici, contratti e procedure interne per gli adempimenti legali e regolamentari, nel dettaglio:

Contrattualistica

Gestione della documentazione legale aziendale (procedure interne, informative, ecc.)

Archiviazione, monitoraggio agenda, scadenze, reportistica inerente

Supporto segretariale in genere per le attività dell'ufficio: redazione di comunicazioni, smistamento e gestione delle comunicazioni aziendali.

Garanzia di costante aggiornamento sulla legislazione nazionale, europea e internazionale di settore e relativa giurisprudenza.

Requisiti richiesti:

Laurea magistrale in giurisprudenza con abilitazione all'esercizio della professione forense.

Ottima conoscenza del diritto amministrativo.

Esperienza di 2/3 anni maturata all'interno di uffici legali aziendali o di studi legali, preferibilmente con focus su diritto amministrativo e societario.

Buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici.

Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Flessibilità e capacità di adattamento.

Buone doti comunicative, interpersonali e analitiche
