Siamo alla ricerca di uno/a Store Manager (M/F) per il nostro negozio Salomon a Fidenza.

In qualità di Store Manager, sarai responsabile di guidare il team del negozio e di contribuire a garantire:

• Il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati

• La corretta applicazione delle guidelines del brand

• L'eccellenza operativa del punto vendita

• Un atteggiamento proattivo e positivo all'interno del team.

Alla figura di Store Manager sarà richiesto di fornire il massimo livello di esperienza al cliente e di trasmettere la visione del brand, supportando e guidando l'Assistant Store Manager e il team nel loro sviluppo personale e professionale.

Responsabilità chiave:

Leadership

• Motivare e ispirare il team trasmettendo la visione del brand Salomon

• Gestire tutti gli aspetti del negozio, dalla gestione del team alle attività operative, dall'assistenza ai clienti e alla fidelizzazione, al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi

Servizio al cliente

• Essere un modello di riferimento promuovendo l'eccellenza del servizio al cliente attraverso la formazione e gestione del team

• Essere presente ed operativo sul piano vendita, assistendo i clienti e collaborando con il personale

Operations

• Gestire lo stock al fine di garantire la presenza dei prodotti e i corretti livelli inventariali

• Lavorare in stretta collaborazione con il District Manager e il team di HQ

• Supervisionare tutte le attività, garantendo il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza e salute e un ambiente sicuro per il team e i clienti

Gestione del Team

• Gestire il processo di ricerca e la selezione di nuovi talenti da inserire nel team

• Collaborare con l'Assistant Store Manager per assicurare il corretto onboarding delle risorse e favorire la formazione continua del team

• Supportare la crescita e lo sviluppo professionale dei membri del team

We are looking for a new Store Manager W/M for our Salomon Outlet Store in Fidenza

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a high performing store team to ensure that they:

- Achieve set goals

- Effectively execute brand standards 

- Deliver operational excellence

- Adhere to financial targets

- Be a proactive and positive team player 

You will provide the highest level of customer experience and deliver the vision of the brand, supporting and mentoring the Assistant Store Manager and the Store Team with their personal and career development. 

Your key responsibilities:

Leadership

- You will motivate and inspire the team by articulating the compelling vision for the store, reflecting and maximizing the power of the Salomon brand

- You will manage all aspects of the store scorecard: people, operations, finance and customers to deliver consistently high performing results

Customer Service

- You will act as a role model and ensure that the team understands the customer's needs and profile, so they can deliver consistently high-quality service

- You will be present and visible on the shop floor, interacting with customers and team members

Operations

- You will effectively manage the store inventory levels ensuring the market and customer needs are met

- You will deliver operational best practice through partnership with the District Manager

- You will oversee activities, adhering to building safety, health and safety standards and inspections; maintaining a safe and secure environment for the team and customers

Sales and Finance

- You will manage the resources to achieve the budgeted level of operating expenses and the in-store customer service experience

- You will monitor a loss prevention program to protect the company's inventory and assets

- You will deliver the P&L and retail KPI's in line with budget and forecast

Management

- You will effectively lead the in-store team recruitment

- You will work with the ASM to ensure that all members of the team receive effective onboarding and ongoing training and education

- You will actively support and deliver the personal career development opportunities of the store team

PROFILO DESIDERATO : 

• Almeno 3 anni di esperienza pregressa in contesti retail, preferibilmente nel settore abbigliamento e calzature

• Forte propensione alla leadership e alla gestione del team

• Passione per il mondo dello sport e della moda

• Ama interagire con i clienti e creare rapporti di fidelizzazione, garantendo loro un'esperienza di vendita ad alto livello

• Motivato e desideroso di apprendere, aperto al cambiamento e al miglioramento continuo

• Conoscenza del Pacchetto Office

• Ottima conoscenza dei principali KPI

• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

• Disponibile a lavorare su turni, compresi turni serali e weekend

• La conoscenza dei prodotti Salomon è un plus

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a retail leadership position, ideally in the footwear industry

• You are a true People-First Manager

• You have a passion for sports and fashion combined with a strong professional mindset

• You love interacting with customers and creating exceptional experiences

• You can demonstrate experience in building strong customer relationships

• You are motivated, eager to learn, and open to change and continuous improvement

• Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of key retail performance indicators

• You are fluent in English

• You are willing to work a shift schedule, including evenings and weekends

• If you are also familiar with our Salomon products, that would be fantastic
