DESCRIZIONE

Riporta al Capoturno e svolge sia singolarmente che in team le attività di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva assegnate. L'External Center Engineer svolge inoltre un ruolo di sorveglianza sul sistema durante le fasi produttive del centro



ESPERIENZA



Questo ruolo richiede esperienza tecnica di manutenzione e/o installazione di sistemi automatici.



RESPONSABILITA'

È responsabile dell'efficacia di tutte le attività di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva assegnate nei tempi previsti. E' responsabile di sorvegliare il sistema durante il funzionamento ed attivarsi autonomamente in caso di azioni correttive e/o di regolazione



ATTIVITA'



I Suoi compiti sono:

• Coordinamento continuo con il team di lavoro

• Attività di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva

• Sia in autonomia che su richiesta del capoturno o della control room svolge attività di riparazione e/o regolazione dei sottosistemi

• Assicura il riordino e la pulizia dell'area di lavoro

• Contribuisce insieme al team al riordino e la pulizia del sistema al termine della fase produttiva

• Contribuisce insieme al team alla rimozione dei colli non macchinati presenti sulla macchina, nelle reti, o abbandonati lungo tutto il sistema

• Si attiva in coordinamento con la control room e con tutto il team per la rimozioni di oggetti in posizioni pericolose durante la fase produttiva

• Coordina e corregge se necessario le attività dei Jam Runner durante la faase produttiva

• Garantisce la sorveglianza al sistema durante la fase produttiva ed interviene se necessario con regolazioni e/o riparazioni al fine di ridurre i fermi tecnici

• Contribuisce al ripristino di allarmi e/o incastri dei sottosistemi durante la fase operativa

• Contribuisce alla preparazione dei report di produzione e al corretto inserimento delle informazioni nel CMMS (se presente)



REQUISITI E COMPETENZE



I requisiti e le competenze richieste sono:

• Buone competenze elettriche e/o meccaniche

• Lettura e comprensione dei disegni elettrici e o meccanici (Buona)

• Attitudine al lavoro in team

• Almeno 2 anni di esperienza come manutentore

• Disponibilità a lavorare su 3 turni (mattino, pomeriggio, notte)
