KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to companies to assist them in business model transformation, process improvement and digitisation, risk analysis and management, and support in extraordinary finance transactions.
Specifically, when you join the Strategy & Value Chain Transformation team in Bologna, you will have the opportunity to be part of the biggest revolution taking place by rethinking customer operating models from a digital perspective. You will work closely with market-leading companies on innovation topics and support our clients throughout their digital transformation journey.
Specifically, you will be tasked with:
- Rethink the operating models of key business functions (with a specific focus on the Extended Supply Chain) by redesigning processes, revising the organizational structure and evaluating new technologies to support the Business;
- Assess the impacts and expected benefits of initiatives identified through business cases and monitor pre- and post-transformation performance;
- Lead and coordinate complex Business and Digital Transformation programs with Program, Project & Change Management initiatives;
- Target Operating Model Design.
Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics
This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:
- Master's degree in Management Engineering;
- Similar experience of 2+ years, preferably gained in consulting and/or multinational environments;
- Organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage various complex tasks and activities;
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package;
- Excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad.
