Project Engineering Manager
.

Il Ruolo

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno della direzione tecnica e agirà come interfaccia principale tra il team di ingegneria, il Project Management e gli stakeholder esterni. Il candidato ideale possiede una solida esperienza in contesti multinazionali e complessi (settori Oil & Gas, Power, Siderurgico o Infrastrutture), con un forte orientamento al rispetto di tempi, costi e standard qualitativi.

Principali Responsabilità

  • Agire come
    punto di contatto tecnico
    primario per il cliente e interfaccia chiave tra ingegneria, PM e stakeholder.
  • Garantire una comunicazione efficace e il coordinamento tra i
    team multidisciplinari
    (civile, meccanico, elettrico, piping).
  • Facilitare il coordinamento con parti esterne (clienti, appaltatori, fornitori) e con le funzioni interne (Procurement, Costruzione).
  • Promuovere la crescita professionale del team, fungendo da mentore e verificando il possesso delle competenze necessarie.
  • Definire l'ambito tecnico in linea con gli obiettivi di commessa e i requisiti cliente.
  • Gestire le
    variazioni di ambito
    (Change Management), assicurando la corretta documentazione, approvazione e integrazione nel piano di progetto.
  • Revisionare e approvare i principali documenti tecnici (disegni, calcoli, specifiche).
  • Identificare i rischi tecnici e implementare proattivamente le strategie di mitigazione.
  • Monitorare i
    costi di ingegneria
    per garantire il rispetto del budget, intervenendo con azioni correttive su eventuali scostamenti.
  • Collaborare con il Procurement per identificare soluzioni
    cost-effective
    .
  • Assicurare che i deliverables rispettino normative (sicurezza, ambiente), standard tecnici e requisiti di qualità.
  • Definire procedure di QA/QC, conducendo audit periodici.
  • Redigere la reportistica di avanzamento tecnico.

Requisiti Mandatori

  • Istruzione:
    Laurea in Ingegneria Edile.
  • Esperienza:
    Oltre
    10 anni
    di esperienza consolidata nel ruolo, maturata nella gestione di progetti complessi e team multidisciplinari.
  • Settore di provenienza:
    Preferibile esperienza pregressa in ambito EPC (Oil & Gas, Power, Siderurgico, Infrastrutture).
  • Software:
    Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office (incluso
    MS Project
    ),
    AutoCAD
    ,
    Revit-BIM
    e
    Primus ACCA
    .
  • Lingue:
    Ottima conoscenza della lingua
    Inglese
    e Italiana.
