Glance is one of our portfolio companies -

Glance provides a platform for brands that want to increase their reach and drive sales by connecting them to short-term rental properties for product placement opportunities.

The company's goal is to make the relationship between short-term rental hosts and online brands possible by letting short-term rental hosts browse multiple offers in one place, and accordingly an easier way for online brands to build relationships with hosts.

We are looking for a Growth manager that will join Glance's team. Your 2 main goals will be:

- Increase the number of hosts in the network

- Increase the interactions of the hosts with the platform

Our proposition is very simple. For 12 months you will be challenged to do the best work you have ever done. At the end you will have two possibilities:

Humbleness. You're down to earth, eager to listen to people's feedback and constructive criticism, and ready to get your hands dirty with whatever the team needs to succeed.

Hands on activities will include

- Setting and implementation of an editorial plan for SEO friendly blog content

- Link earning and link building

- Management of Facebook ads campaigns

- Management of social accounts (Facebook/Instagram)

- Management of the newsletter

- Handling of all communications with the hosts

- Content creation for the campaigns

- Generation of reports for the brands

Some of the tools you will learn to use

- Asana, Slack, Hubspot, Smartlook, Google Analytics, Freshworks, Facebook Business Manager, Everhour, Webflow
