DEINE ROLLE
  • Trainee-Programm nutzen: Du steigst in ein 12-monatiges Programm ein und lernst unterschiedliche Technologien wie Cloud, SAP oder Data Analytics kennen.
  • Kundenprojekte unterstützen: Du arbeitest in Projekten mit, administrierst IT-Systeme und lernst Abläufe im täglichen Betrieb kennen.
  • Prozesse verbessern: Du analysierst Kundenprozesse und setzt moderne Technologien ein, um sie zielgerichtet zu optimieren.
  • Architekturen mitgestalten: Du konzipierst IT-Architekturen und Plattformen, setzt sie um und begleitest ihren Betrieb im Team.
  • Kompetenzen ausbauen: Du nimmst an Schulungen teil, erwirbst Zertifizierungen und entwickelst dich methodisch und fachlich Schritt für Schritt weiter.
  • Karriere planen: Du bereitest dich auf den Einstieg als Technical Consultant oder System Engineer vor und gestaltest deinen Weg aktiv.
DEIN PROFIL
  • Ausbildung und Background: Du hast ein Informatikstudium, eine IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung im technischen Umfeld.
  • Systemerfahrung: Du sammelst idealerweise erste Praxis mit Betriebssystemen und in der Administration von IT-Systemen.
  • Denken und Arbeiten: Du gehst Aufgaben analytisch an, strukturierst deine Schritte und triffst nachvollziehbare Entscheidungen.
  • Lernbereitschaft: Du entwickelst dich gerne weiter, probierst neue Technologien aus und holst dir aktiv Feedback ein.
  • Sprachkompetenz: Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und nutzt Englisch sicher genug für Dokumentation und Austausch im Team.
