IT Portfolio Associate Manager

What you'll do:

• Join the team of IT Portfolio, Demand, Compliance & Efficiency and in particular IT Portfolio & Demand management area reporting directly to the IT Portfolio & Demand Manager;
• Have the opportunity to be involved in: collection, declination, coordination of business requests related to strategical initiatives roadmap; management, monitoring, planning of the activities included within the assigned roadmap; collaboration and support to the IT development factory and roadmap related Business unit; management of program plans, cross system/factory and involvement of all necessary stakeholders, cross-functional communication relating to the program/roadmap; preparation and presentation of roadmap governance documents - support to the steering committee; act as a first point of escalation for any kind of issue could affect strategical initiatives delivery; ensure trust and proper commitment is provided between ICT and Business units project teams; analyze and control budget erosion along the year.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in similar roles, management of medium/high complexity ICT projects, experience in digital projects with high architectural complexity (web portal, app, CRM, marketing automation, AI, BI, machine learning,etc...) B2C and B2B;
• A degree in scientific subjects like engineering, ICT or in management;
• Previous experience in a consultancy firm or high complexity international companies, work within -or at strong contact with- ICT dept for at least 4/5 years;
• Excellent knowledge of project management best practices and SDLC flow, Office suite (Excel, Project, Power Point), you use collaboration and project management tools;
• Ability to understand your stakeholders needs and be a good facilitator with negotiation skills;
• Strong communications skills, problem solver and practical mindset, you have good standing, you are precise, flexible; you work in team and you are objectives oriented;
• Fluency in English and Italian is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
