is a next-generation sports & lifestyle brand developing high-performance products through advanced
3D printing technologies
. We operate at the intersection of sport, design, technology, and digital culture - building products and content designed for modern, active communities.

As we expand our European presence, we are looking for a Live Host & Commerce Manager to lead real-time selling, content creation, and digital activation across social platforms.

ROLE

This is a hands-on, front-facing role combining live selling, content creation, and digital commerce. You will be the voice, face, and energy of NETX HYPERGEAR across live and social channels.

Main goal: drive brand awareness, qualified traffic, and online sales through live commerce and media.

DUTIES

  • Host daily live shopping sessions on Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
  • Create and publish short-form content (Reels, Stories, Shorts, live clips)
  • Drive traffic and conversions to the NETX HYPERGEAR e-commerce store
  • Execute live product launches, promotions, and sales campaigns
  • Coordinate with e-commerce on product availability, pricing, and offers
  • Monitor performance metrics (engagement, conversion, sales) and optimize content
  • Represent the brand at clubs, venues, events, and activations when required

REQUIREMENTS

  • Professional English & Italian
  • Experience with live shopping
    / social commerce
  • Strong on-camera presence and confidence in live selling
  • Solid understanding of social media, content marketing, and digital commerce
  • Passion for sports, racquet sports, fitness, or lifestyle brands
  • Proactive, organized, and performance-oriented mindset

NICE TO HAVE

  • Professional Spanish, French or German
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Background in content creation, influencer marketing, or media
