We are looking for an In-House Legal Counsel to lead the internal legal function and coordinate a small central legal team at the Company's Headquarters. The role will work in close alignment with the Group Corporate Legal Department located across different European jurisdictions.

The mission is to ensure full legal compliance, support risk management processes, and act as a strategic business partner to enable the company's growth and safeguard its interests.

Key Responsibilitie

• sProvide ongoing legal counsel and support to various business units (contract law, compliance, employment law, IP, etc.)
• .Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and strategic agreements to protect the company's interests
• .Develop, update, and implement internal legal policies and procedures
• .Ensure company-wide compliance with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., environmental law, data protection, corporate governance)
• .Assess legal risks and contribute to risk mitigation strategies in alignment with the business
• .Manage or oversee litigation strategy, liaising with external law firms when necessary
• .Support corporate governance matters, including Board of Directors' activities, corporate structure, and legal filings
• .Conduct internal training sessions on legal and regulatory matters such as compliance, anti-bribery, and privacy regulations
• .Provide legal guidance during mergers & acquisitions and other strategic business transactions
