Entrando a far parte del team, collaborerai con clienti leader di settore a livello nazionale e internazionale nel trasformare i processi e i modelli operativi e contabili, per renderli compliant alla normativa e performanti rispetto al business model dell'azienda. Il tuo ruolo sarà incentrato su strategie, Financial e Regulatory reporting e analisi delle piattaforme tecnologiche a supporto dei processi CFO e del cambiamento organizzativo.

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di supportare le attività di:

• Finance Trasformation : disegno del modello contabile e dei processi, definizione degli impatti di business ed organizzativi ed individuazione dei requisiti target a supporto delle implementazioni dei principi IFRS (es. IFRS 17 e IFRS9) e/o a seguito di operazioni di fusione/acquisizione
• Planning and Control : revisione del modello e dei processi di pianificazione e controllo
• Change Management : supporto nella definizione dei nuovi ruoli e responsabilità all'interno dell'organizzazione, alla luce delle progettualità in essere; individuazione delle principali novità operative e gestionali; analisi dei principali fattori critici alla base del cambiamento
• Technologies change e Smart Digital Finance : sviluppo di soluzioni/piattaforme e processi di automation anche mediante l'uso di Intelligenza Artificiale e Big Data
• Accounting advice in ambito finance: predisposizione del reporting finanziario richiesto nell'ambito di progetti di transaction services o di operazioni straordinarie
• Project Management : predisposizione e monitoraggio del piano delle attività, coordinamento tra gli Stakeholder di Business e IT durante le fasi implementative, predisposizione documentazione progettuale per Top Management.

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

• Hai o stai per conseguire una Laurea Magistrale in Economia/Finanza
• Hai acquisito una conoscenza dei Principi Contabili Italiani e IAS/IFRS
• Hai un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, preferibilmente avvalorata da esperienze di studio e/o lavoro all'estero
• Hai un'ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office.

, ensures that assurance procedures are compliant and attentive to
ESG issues

digitized, integrated, automated

Artificial Intelligence and Big Data
. By joining the team, you will collaborate with leading national and international clients in transforming operational and accounting processes and models to make them compliant with regulations and perform well against the company's business model. Your role will focus on strategies, Financial and Regulatory reporting, and analysis of technological platforms supporting CFO processes and organizational change.

Specifically, you will support activities such as:

• Finance Transformation: designing the accounting model and processes, defining business and organizational impacts, and identifying target requirements to support the implementation of IFRS principles (e.g., IFRS 17 and IFRS 9) and/or following mergers/acquisitions
• Planning and Control: reviewing the planning and control model and processes
• Change Management: supporting the definition of new roles and responsibilities within the organization, identifying key operational and managerial changes, and analyzing critical factors underlying the change
• Technologies Change and Smart Digital Finance: developing solutions/platforms and automation processes using Artificial Intelligence and Big Data
• Accounting advice in finance: preparing financial reporting required for transaction services projects or extraordinary operations
• Project Management: preparing and monitoring the activity plan, coordinating between Business and IT Stakeholders during implementation phases, and preparing project documentation for Top Management.

Skills

• You have or are about to obtain a master's degree in economics/finance
• You have acquired knowledge of Italian Accounting Principles and IAS/IFRS
• You have excellent knowledge of the English language, preferably supported by study and/or work experiences abroad
• You have excellent knowledge of the Office suite .
