Ankers, per un importante progetto in ambitoActive Safety & ADAS, ricerca un/una:Active Safety Performance EngineerLa risorsa si occuperà di:Fornire leadership tecnica nella definizione dei target di performance e nell' integrazione funzionale di sistemi ADAS (es. pedestrian detection, blind spot detection, adaptive cruise control, autonomous driving functions, ecc.)Coordinare attività cross-funzionali (vehicle engineering, chassis, electronics, software, brand, benchmarking, ecc.) per garantire l'integrazione delle funzioni dalla fase di concept alla produzioneGestire timing, contenuti e obiettivi tecnici delle funzioni di Active Safety assegnateDefinire e validare i requisiti funzionali e prestazionali in accordo con omologazione e customer experienceSupportare le attività di integrazione veicolo , tuning e validazione (banco e strada)Analizzare e riportare risultati di simulazioni e testGestire fornitori e partner esterni, assegnando e monitorando le attivitàCondurre riunioni periodiche di avanzamento e reportingGestire requisiti, change request e aspettative non formalizzateDefinire metriche di valutazione, criteri di performance e reporting dello stato Active SafetyContribuire al trasferimento di know-how e lessons learned all'interno del teamRequisiti richiesti:Laurea in Ingegneria (Meccanica, Automotive, Elettronica, Meccatronica o affini)>3 anni di esperienza in ambito Active Safety / ADAS functional integrationSolida conoscenza dei processi di sviluppo automotiveOttima comprensione di:sistemi Active Safetyarchitetture elettriche/elettronicheintegrazione softwareintegrazione veicolo e packaging componentiCapacità analitiche per supportare la preparazione dei prototipi e le attività di testEsperienza in gestione progetto, pianificazione timing e risorseCompetenze trasversali:Approccio strutturato al problem solvingOttime capacità comunicative verso diversi livelli dell'organizzazioneAttitudine al lavoro in team, proattività e spirito collaborativoCapacità di coordinare e guidare colleghi e partner anche in contesti multiculturaliDisponibilità a trasferte nazionali e internazionaliCosa offriamo:Inserimento in progetti ad alto contenuto tecnologico in ambito ADAS & vehicle integrationAmbiente dinamico, orientato alla crescita e alla formazione continuaCollaborazione con team multidisciplinari e contesti OEM / Tier-1Pacchetto retributivo commisurato all'esperienzaL'offerta è rivolta a candidati ambosessi (L.903/77)
