Our Team
Our global Corporate Practice is dedicated to providing clients with strategic and creative advocacy and advice on their most complex corporate transactions and deals across the globe.

Our Opportunity
In this role you will want to develop your experience in Corporate Law, Civil and Commercial Law, and Energy Law, you will have a strong interest in complex commercially driven transactions and dispute resolutions related matters. You will have a good academic background and you will be as good in a team as you are at working independently.

We give all our professionals the opportunity to build relationships and work directly with our partners, clients, so communication skills are essential.

You will be happy to work on different deals, corporate transactions, acting on mergers and acquisitions, and commercial dispute resolutions, whilst sharing and committing to the bigger picture goal with the wider team and client.
