La posizione in breve:

Il Manutentore meccanico/elettrico o meccatronico ha il compito di effettuare le attività di manutenzione a lui assegnate dal Responsabile Tecnico e di prevenire le situazioni di rischio per la salute e la sicurezza di tutti i lavoratori e gli impatti ambientali che possono essere provocati da malfunzionamenti nonché di garantire un elevato livello di prestazioni sul piano produttivo e qualitativo.

Responsabilità essenziali
Di cosa ti occuperai:

Risolvere e diagnosticare problemi meccanici, elettrici, idraulici e pneumatici per garantire la continuità produttiva degli impianti

Eseguire attività di manutenzione a guasto su macchine e impianti industriali ad alto livello di automazione seguendo ed applicando la lista di priorità per ridurre i tempi di fermo e massimizzare l'affidabilità degli impianti; compilare la scheda EWO (Emergency work order).

Tutti gli interventi vanno eseguiti rispettando la procedura LOTO.

Eseguire le attività di manutenzione programmata, preventiva e predittiva sia meccanica che elettrico/elettronica, sulla base del programma assegnato e compilare opportunamente la reportistica

Collaborare con i team di produzione, qualità, tecnologie, per implementare miglioramenti dei processi e aggiornamenti degli impianti

Proporre attività di miglioramento

Applicare i principi delle 5S nei locali di pertinenza della Manutenzione

Requisiti di posizione
Diploma tecnico secondario o di alta formazione (ITS) in ambito meccatronico

Competenze in ambito manutentivo elettrico e meccanico:

lettura schemi elettrici, schemi pneumatici, schemi idraulici e disegno tecnico

esperienza in diagnosi e riparazione dei sistemi di azionamento e controllo macchinari automatici

capacità di sostituzione parti meccaniche ed elettriche e manutenzione macchinari di produzione e suoi componenti

preferibile esperienza anche minima in ricerca guasti PLC Siemens S7/TIA PORTAL

gradita capacità di intervento su robot, cobot e pallettizzatori

disponibilità a lavoro su 3 turni a ciclo continuo con riposi infrasettimanali (18 turni)

preferibile conoscenza anche base (lettura) della lingua inglese

dimestichezza nell'uso di pannelli HMI
