We are looking for a Production Engineer with a strong manufacturing background and hands-on experience with production equipment. The role supports equipment management, process improvement and coordination with production teams, with direct interaction with Stellantis and key suppliers.

What you will do

  • Oversee production equipment and daily operations.
  • Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
  • Support production teams in meeting quality and delivery targets.
  • Analyse equipment performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Manage equipment upgrade and optimisation projects.
  • Monitor KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF and downtime.
  • Collaborate with Stellantis and suppliers to meet project milestones.

What we are looking for

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in production, industrial engineering or equipment management.
  • Experience in automotive or manufacturing is preferred.
  • Knowledge of industrial machinery, maintenance methods and Lean tools.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational skills, problem-solving attitude and ability to work across teams.
