RE:LAB is looking for a professional with strong research skills and an excellent command of written communication to support the preparation and drafting of research and innovation project proposals, both European and international.

• Contribute to the design and writing of research and innovation proposals, working in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams;
• Translate complex ideas and project visions into clear, coherent, and high-quality texts;
• Analyze and interpret technical, scientific, and policy documentation;
• Support the structuring and organization of project content.

• Advanced academic background (PhD or postdoctoral research experience);
• Relevant degrees: Cognitive Science, Ergonomics, Design, Psychology, Philosophy, Linguistics, Communication Studies, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields;
• Strong expertise in ergonomics or disciplines related to human-technology interaction;
• Ability for theoretical reflection on conceptual and interdisciplinary topics (linguistics, philosophy, semiotics, language sciences, etc.);
• Experience in non-EU research projects (knowledge of EU programmes is appreciated but not essential);
• Excellent command of English, with strong academic and technical writing skills;
• Genuine interest in how writing can help make ideas and research concepts clearer and more effective.

• Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
• Location: On-site work in Reggio Emilia
