THE ROLE

This role is for a bitcoiner who can write, create and ship. It is for someone who loves jumping into a bit of everything, including storytelling, campaigns, content, and whatever else helps people understand why securing their Bitcoin matters. You'll figure things out, pitch ideas constantly, and move fast. You'll work closely with a small team, translate technical concepts into content people actually want to read, and stay on top of what's happening in Bitcoin. If you're curious, operationally strong, and energized by autonomy rather than intimidated by it, this is for you.

Salary: $70,000-85,000 USD (US & Canada applicants)*

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own and manage Casa's social media presence across all channels, including content calendar development, ideation and day-to-day execution
• Share stories, updates, and helpful content across social, email, blog, YouTube and other channels
• Write and publish compelling content (guides, articles, landing pages, social posts, emails) that converts
• Assist in planning and executing onsite events to grow brand awareness and community engagement
• Assist in community-building efforts to grow our audience and presence
• Work with the product and engineering teams to take complicated security ideas and turn them into something clear and approachable
• Run marketing experiments and iterate based on what resonates with our audience
• Help launch new features and products by pulling together messaging, content, and simple campaigns that get people excited.
• Keep an eye on what's working (and what's not), then adjust our approach based on real results
• Deeply understand our product and users in order to draft compelling content
• Handle day-to-day marketing tasks like updating the website and coordinating with partners
• Stay plugged into what's happening in Bitcoin and security so our voice stays relevant, trustworthy, and genuinely helpful.

WHO YOU ARE

• 3+ years of marketing experience in a SaaS environment, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked directly with fintechs, neobanks or crypto
• Deep interest and understanding of bitcoin 
• AI-native workflow: You've integrated with AI tools into how you actually work (drafting, brainstorming, researching, iterating) and you're always experimenting with new ways to leverage them
• Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Element 3D, etc.
• Strong writer with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Social media savvy with demonstrated success in planning and executing social media strategies.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g: HubSpot) for automation, analytics and campaign management.
• A keen eye for design, including experience creating or overseeing visual content for digital marketing
• A natural talent for uncovering the why behind customer buying decisions
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g: GA4, Mixpanel)
• Curious, adaptable and detail-oriented
• Experience taking ideas from concept to completion
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
