Il Marketing Automation Specialist in HRM
who will work on end to end marketing initiatives using Adobe Campaign, contributing to the design, execution, and optimization of automated communications across multiple channels. The role operates at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical implementation, ensuring that all campaigns are data driven, personalized, and aligned with business goals. The specialist will collaborate with different teams, support ongoing improvements, and ensure full compliance with internal standards and privacy regulations.

  • Proven experience working with Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard)
  • Solid knowledge of HTML for email template customization
  • Familiarity with email marketing best practices, including A/B testing and personalization
  • Experience configuring and optimizing workflows, triggers, and integrations with external platforms
  • Understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze campaign data
  • Strong knowledge of audience segmentation using CDP data or similar tools
