This Position reports to:

Finance Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will support business controlling team in the daily activities proposing and implementing innovative solutions to improve continuously. With the help and supervision of controlling team you will support management through analysis with the scope to understand trends and financial areas of strength and weakness.

- Work model: #LI-Hybrid

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

- Developing with the controlling team new solutions to arrive to a system of controlling and internal reporting more automatic and efficient

- Supporting to all the controlling team and to the business in daily analysis of financial key data as volumes, margins or costs with a critical view to understand what can be done better or support in preparation of financial presentations

- Supporting in Month end closing activities and in planning activities of forecast and budget activities

- Focusing on specific controlling projects to define together time by time

Qualifications for the Role

- Bachelor's Degree in Economics or in Management Engineering

- Knowledge of the MS Office Package ( especially Excel ) , not mandatory but considered as value added knowledge of SAP system or AI / PBI Knowledge

- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken

- Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement , ability to work in a team
