EVENTS MANAGER
. L'azienda si distingue per l'eccellenza del design, la cura artigianale e l'attenzione alla comunicazione integrata. In un contesto dinamico e creativo, la figura contribuirà alla valorizzazione del brand attraverso la gestione di eventi corporate, lanci collezioni, fiere, presentazioni stampa e produzioni foto/video.

IL TUO NUOVO RUOLO

Inserita all'interno del team Marketing & Comunicazione, la risorsa riporterà direttamente al Direttore Marketing e sarà responsabile della pianificazione, organizzazione e coordinamento di eventi e progetti speciali, oltre al supporto operativo alle produzioni foto e video.

Nel dettaglio si occuperà di:

  • Definizione e supervisione del calendario eventi annuale.
  • Gestione del budget dedicato agli eventi, con controllo costi e rispetto delle tempistiche.
  • Coordinamento operativo completo degli eventi: location, inviti, ospiti, staff, intrattenimento, materiali di comunicazione, permessi, contratti e attrezzature tecniche.
  • Ricerca e selezione di fornitori in linea con l'identità del brand.
  • Gestione delle prenotazioni, preventivi, pagamenti e tracciamento dei costi.
  • Supporto alle produzioni fotografiche e video, sia in presenza che da remoto, in collaborazione con team interni e agenzie esterne.

DI COSA HAI BISOGNO PER AVERE SUCCESSO

  • Laurea magistrale in Marketing, Comunicazione, Relazioni Pubbliche o ambiti affini.
  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi (eventi, produzione, marketing), preferibilmente in contesti luxury o design.
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint.
  • Capacità di gestione budget e controllo costi.
  • Familiarità con la gestione di fornitori e contratti.
  • Inglese livello C1, la conoscenza di altre lingue è considerata un plus.
  • Eccellenti capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo.
  • Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio, passione per il mondo degli eventi e per il design.
