Programmazione della Produzione e Logistica
a supporto delle attività di approvvigionamento dei materiali necessari alla produzione, tramite adeguati piani di Produzione e approvvigionamento assicurando il monitoraggio e la riduzione degli stocks.
Attività principali
La risorsa, in affiancamento al team, supporterà le attività di:
- Collaborare alla programmazione della produzione, garantendo il rispetto delle esigenze dei clienti e considerando i flussi tra i plant del gruppo e le condizioni di Make or Buy.
- Contribuire alla disponibilità di materie prime e semilavorati necessari alle diverse fasi produttive, assicurando quantità e tempi adeguati.
- Seguire l'avanzamento della produzione interna per verificare la conformità alla pianificazione.
- Partecipare all'elaborazione dei programmi di consegna dei fornitori gestiti a ROP, in base alle necessità produttive e ai lead time.
- Monitorare il material flow e intervenire in caso di criticità (tempi di consegna, avvio linea, cambi produzione, problemi qualitativi).
- Controllare costantemente i materiali sotto-scorta.
- Verificare lo stato del magazzino e supportare le attività di inventario secondo le scadenze previste.
Requisiti
- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Meccanica o Produzione Industriale.
- Ottima conoscenza di Excel.
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2).
