Serioplast, a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, is looking for a Global HR Business Partner to support our operations and act as a trusted partner to business leaders.
The Global HR Business Partner will manage and develop all people-related processes for the assigned scope, ensuring alignment with company standards, policies, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to Plant and Management teams, supporting workforce planning and organizational effectiveness
- Oversee personnel administration, performance management, and employee development processes
- Ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide HR consultancy on labor law, industrial relations, and collective bargaining agreements
- Support compensation activities, including salary benchmarking and the annual salary review process
- Manage relationships with unions, employee representatives, and local labor authorities
- Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and labor disputes
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, internal procedures, and HR policies
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and records
- Support recruitment activities to meet short- and long-term staffing needs
- Partner with managers to identify training and development needs and support the implementation of development initiatives
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of labor law and personnel administration
- Solid understanding of HR management principles and best practices
- Proven experience in employee relations within a manufacturing environment
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
- Availability to travel
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HRrole, preferably as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Specialist in a manufacturing or industrial context
What are we looking for?
- Good knowledge of ISO standards
- Good knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, IM, CIM)
- Good knowledge of Statistical Process Control and statistical analysis
- Good applied knowledge of measuring instruments and techniques
- Good project management skills
- Availability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Good knowledge of English
- Bachelor's degree or higher in scientific subjects
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the Quality Control department of an FMCG multinational company
