ICT Manager
.

The candidate, reporting directly to Chief Information Security Officer, will be accountable for both BAU (daily support and operation maintenance activities) and for digital trasformation projects.

Position Summary:

The role of ICT Manager is the helm of steering our information and communication technology (ICT) vision and strategies. Directly reporting to the CISO, you will lead a team of dedicated ICT Specialists to ensure that the company's technological operations run smoothly, securely, and in alignment with our growth objectives. Your role is critical in ensuring the company's compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001 standards.

Responsibilities:

• In agreement with the CISO, Design, develop, and implement ICT strategies and systems aligned with the company's business goals.
• Conduct regular technology assessments, identifying areas for improvement and recommending innovative solutions.
• Oversee and manage the ICT Specialist team, ensuring optimal performance and continuous learning.
• Ensure the security, efficiency, and reliability of all hardware, software, and network systems.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to negotiate and procure ICT resources.
• Design and implement disaster recovery solutions and ensure regular data backups.
• Support the company in its adherence to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001 standards.
• Stay updated on the latest regulations and best practices in data protection and cybersecurity.
• Support the CIOS in the preparation and management of the ICT department's budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
• Monitor expenses, optimizing costs where possible while ensuring optimal technological performance.
• Report to the CISO on ICT projects, challenges, and achievements, offering insights on how technology can further business objectives.
• Actively manage ICT infrastructure, digital identities and end user assigned devices (laptops and mobile phones)

Study & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001 standards.
• ITIL certification and/or PMP/Prince2
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Microsoft Office 365 administration;
• Servers and Network infrastructure monitoring tools and principles;
• ITIL/ITSM/Cobit Infrastructure administration and maintenance procedures and solutions;
• Proven Knowledge of the ICT and Information Security Principles standards and tools
• Deep knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS), digital identities (EntraID), Mobile Device Management (Intune)
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience with server administration and virtualization technologies.
• Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Proficiency in english language, both verbal and written
