Come
Product Manager
sarai responsabile dell'
esecuzione strategica e operativa
delle attività delle piattaforme web gestite. Riporterai direttamente al CEO e lavorerai a stretto contatto con il team marketing e tech. Siamo una piccola azienda in crescita.

In particolare:

  • Guidare e ottimizzare i processi operativi (marketing, delivery, customer success)
  • Coordinare campagne e funnel digitali con logica performance-based
  • Lavorare con KPI di fatturato, margine e retention
  • Gestire l'onboarding di nuovi clienti e la qualità dell'esecuzione
  • Collaborare all'automazione dei flussi (CRM, reportistica, tool)
  • Identificare opportunità di crescita e miglioramento continuo
  • Partecipare alla definizione delle strategie commerciali
  • Creazione ottimiizzazione campagne ppc

Importante:

  • Esperienza concreta in ruoli esecutivi e/o growth (min 3 anni)
  • Competenze in marketing digitale, funnel, automation e operations
  • Mentalità analitica e orientamento al risultato
  • Ottime doti di project management e gestione team
  • Capacità decisionale autonoma e responsabilità end-to-end
