Responsabilità

  • Progettare e sviluppare Agenti AI, integrandoli all'interno del nostro prodotto.
  • Utilizzare tecnologie e protocolli come MCP e A2A per lo sviluppo degli agenti.
  • Implementare soluzioni di Retrieval-Augmented-Generation (RAG) per processare dati non strutturati.
  • Gestire l'intero ciclo di vita dei modelli (dati, addestramento, deployment, monitoraggio, ottimizzazione).
  • Curare gli aspetti di performance, sicurezza ed explainability.


Requisiti tecnici

(almeno 3 di questi punti)

  • Esperienza di sviluppo in Python.
  • Esperienza con DSPy , LiteLLM, LangGraph o framework equivalenti.
  • Esperienza nell'uso di API LLM.
  • Esperienza con prompt engineering (es: CoT, Few-shot Prompting).
  • Esperienza con DB relazionali (preferibilmente PostgreSQL).


Requisiti Non Tecnici

  • Laurea triennale (o superiore) STEM, idealmente in Informatica o Ingegneria Informatica.
  • Buona conoscenza dell'inglese (i colloqui si terranno in inglese).
  • La conoscenza di altre lingue rilevanti per il business è un plus.


Modalità di Lavoro

  • Remote-first
  • Residenza in Italia + cittadinanza UE
  • Possibilità di raggiungere Bologna in circa 2 ore (auto o treno).
