Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an
IT Retail & Omnichannel Specialist
to join the IT & Transformation team, supporting the development and implementation of technological solutions for the Retail and Omnichannel business. The role will contribute to the integration of physical and digital channels, collaborating with various business teams to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsabilities
- Design and implement advanced IT solutions for Retail (POS, checkout systems, mobile platforms).
- Drive Omnichannel integration across e-commerce, CRM, and physical stores to enable an integrated customer experience.
- Contribute to the development of customer journey and loyalty initiatives.
- Assess and optimize retail processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver cross-functional strategic projects.
- Safeguard the continuity, stability, and performance of retail systems.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Up to 5 years of experience in IT, preferably in Retail, Omnichannel, or e-commerce environments.
- Knowledge of POS platforms, CRM, ERP, and e-commerce solutions.
- Interest and sensitivity to digital customer experience and customer journey topics.
- Strong prioritization skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Proactivity, energy, and a desire to grow in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent Italian and English are required.
