We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cloud Consult Practice Leader to drive the growth of our Cloud consult practice in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Growth

Lead the development and expansion of Cloud consult business across Italy country, driving signings and market share.

Identify, design, and implement value-driven customer propositions tailored to develop a future state vision and roadmap, revolutionizing the infrastructure and network requirements and incorporating security and resiliency into future state designs to meet the ever-evolving needs of both IT and business.

Collaborate with Consult Leaders and account teams to develop winning strategies for customers and new market opportunities.

2. Partner Ecosystem Management

Leverage and foster our strong relationships with hyperscalers and other key technology partners to enforce our Cloud leadership and excellence in the market.

Work actively in the partner ecosystem to organize joint GTM activities, deliver scalable, innovative solutions.

3. Customer Engagement

Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their strategic objectives, defining sourcing strategies, selecting providers that align with their IT and automation strategies and driving their transformational and optimization journeys.

Define and co-create with customer C-suite executives and stakeholders the transformation roadmap, with full understanding and representation of business imperatives and expected ROI.

Ensure and full accountability on delivering highly complex, multi-disciplined transformational projects, meeting quality, timeline and budget requirements.

4. Practice Leadership

Shape the Cloud Consult Practice vision, strategy, and roadmap for Italian market, working closely with global teams and work with practice leaders to develop new plays with an articulated value proposition

Build and lead a high-performing team of Cloud consultants, architects and specialists focusing on how to improve performance and productivity, identifying areas where efficiency can be optimized, costs minimized, risks reduced, and performance enhanced on our Delivery Model.

Drive internal initiatives to foster innovation, enhance delivery capabilities, and promote continuous learning.

Shape the evolution of our intellectual capital assets and contribute to the development of practice resources, solidifying our position as industry trailblazers.

5. Thought Leadership

Represent Kyndryl at industry events, conferences, and forums, showcasing expertise and excellence in Cloud and Infrastructure domain.

Contribute to content creation, such as whitepapers and webinars, to establish Kyndryl as a leader in the field.

Required Technical & Professional Experience

3-5 years or more leading Consult consulting practices/units on business development and delivery.

10-15 year experience on Cloud consulting projects as a Cloud Architect / Specialist with Client-facing role and responsibility on project delivery.

Subject matter expertise in at least one Cloud Hyerscaler platform and on Hybrid Cloud Architectures

Proven track record of successfully delivering large scale infrastructure transformation projects.

Demonstrated ability to craft and articulate customer-centric value propositions and business cases.

Multi-year experience in managing partner ecosystems and leveraging partnerships to drive innovation and growth.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on developing talent and fostering collaboration.

Deep experience working with C-suite stakeholders and presenting complex solutions in business terms.

Extensive market knowledge of Italy business landscape and network.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Advanced certification on key technologies within your platform or area of expertise

Experience with various IT Operating Models and building organizations to deploy and support key technologies

Ability to articulate key technologies' impact on security, availability, cost, capacity, etc.

Understanding of DevSecOps, Agile, Scrum

Experience with consulting methodologies, frameworks, and delivery models.

Skilled in planning, organization and problem-solving.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Comfortable working with statistics.

Master or Bachelor's degree in technical disciplines.

Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications.

TOGAF expertise and certifications.
