We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate Machine Learning & Generative AI Engineer to join our journey in shaping the future of AI-driven applications.

What You'll Do

As part of our team, you will:

  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning and deep learning solutions for real-world applications.
  • Build and fine-tune predictive models (classification, regression, recommendation, NLP, computer vision).
  • Research, develop, and optimize generative AI models (LLMs, SLMs) and integrate them into client solutions.
  • Implement data pipelines, perform data preprocessing, and manage large-scale datasets.
  • Develop and maintain benchmarking tools to evaluate both traditional ML models and generative AI systems.
  • Leverage frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products from concept to deployment.
  • Stay updated on the latest research in machine learning, AI, and Generative AI to continuously improve solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years in a similar role (internships and academic projects welcome).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning techniques (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, computer vision).
  • Experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI concepts, large language models (LLMs), and fine-tuning techniques.
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex is a plus.
  • Solid programming skills in Python and experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Good understanding of data engineering practices and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Language: Fluent in Italian (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset, adaptability, ability to work in dynamic environments, and excellent communication skills.
