Sustainability, Sourcing and Procurement Business Consultant

We're expanding our local expertise and looking for a Business Consultant to join our Sustainability and Sourcing and Procurement team.

Turin

What will you do?

• Steer strategic transformations within Operations, anchored in digitalization and sustainability.
• Optimize the very essence of Operations processes and structures, ushering in a new era of efficiency while championing sustainable practices.
• You will support the local Sourcing & Procurement and Sustainability practice growth
• You will work with an international team delivering environmental consulting services to companies in Italy and abroad by acting as our local sustainability advisor.
• Work with an international team delivering end-to-end projects in the Operations and Procurement areas.

Whom are we looking for?

• You have successfully completed a Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Economics & Management or similar fields (An added value would be prior academic or professional exposure to Sustainability or Sourcing & Procurement-related topics).
• More than 3 years of practical experience in consultancy, working within impactful Sustainability and Sourcing & Procurement contexts
• Passion for the world of sustainability and related technology solutions.
• Profound insight into Operations intricacies and the strategic implementation of transformative initiatives.
• An insatiable curiosity for emerging trends and technologies that drive digital and sustainable progress.
• You are interested of business, technology, and process implications in any of the following: Sourcing and Procurement specializations, Sustainability Operations, Governance and Organization.
• You have a strong interest in e-Procurement and Spend Management solutions.
• A resolute focus on clients, with a drive to deliver tangible, lasting results that echo sustainability and digital advancement.
• An open, communicative, team-oriented approach underscored by genuine empathy.
• You have good problem-solving, team-working and presentation skills.
• An unwavering readiness to embrace both domestic and international travel.
• You are able to communicate both in Italian and English at all levels of the Organization (other European languages will be considered as a plus).

In addition, we value:

• Experience from conducting carbon accounting and LCA calculations, and at least basic understanding of CDP, SBT and GRI.
• Experience of using different environmental databases (for example Gabi and Ecoinvent).
