Job Description
Here in Italy, we are looking for an
Office Manager
. This role reports to the Head of HR and requires
full time onsite presence
.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate office supplies and vendors
- Administer and maintain company agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance and proper documentation
- Provide new solutions for the office work environment
- Provide logistical and operational support for internal company events and initiatives
- Monitor and ensure implementation of relevant company policies
- Handling confidential company information with discretion and integrity
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including registered mail, with accuracy and discretion
- Oversee the day-to-day management of office spaces
- Manage coworking spaces
- Manage company cars agreements
- If required, coordinate with Corporate on all office-related issues and requests concerning Italy
- Manage office-related agreements, including relationships with hotels, restaurants, and other office benefits
- Work closely with the Country Manager on ad hoc projects as and when assigned
- Manage various administrative tasks
- Coordinate company travel platform (Navan) and support employees in travel bookings
Qualifications
- A previous experience in the field (minimum 2 years)
- A team player with strong communication and relationship building skills
- The ability to deal with multiple requests in a timely and efficient way
- The ability to deal with confidential queries and tasks
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- A practical doer who delivers quality results on time
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
